🤿 Scuba Diving Gear Hire
Our full scuba hire packages include BCD, regulator with octopus, wetsuit (3mm, 5mm, or 7mm), mask, fins, boots, gloves, and cylinder with air or nitrox fill. Each package is assembled by a technician to your stated body measurements and certification level. We carry standard, travel-weight, and sidemount BCD configurations, and our regulator range spans entry-level to high-performance cold-water models. Tank options include standard AL80, LP steel, and twin-set configurations for extended dives. Dive computers are available for separate hire, including wrist-mount, console, and freediving models. All gear is rinsed, inspected, and bagged individually to ensure hygiene and readiness. Nitrox-blended cylinders are available for certified EANx divers, with mix certification required.
🌊 Snorkelling Kit Hire
Our snorkelling packages are ideal for beach-goers, families, and first-time ocean explorers looking to experience the beauty of Sydney's nearshore reefs without a scuba certification. Kits include a wide-view tempered glass mask, dry-top snorkel with purge valve, open-heel adjustable fins, and a mesh carry bag. Children's snorkelling kits are fully stocked in sizes from small junior to large youth, with child-appropriate masks fitted for face comfort and seal. We also offer full-face snorkelling masks for adults who prefer panoramic viewing. Add-on options include UV-protective rash vests, underwater cameras, and marine identification cards for identifying local species. Staff can recommend the best snorkelling conditions, tidal windows, and entry points for safe, rewarding exploration along the Manly foreshore.
🏊 Freediving Equipment
Freediving demands specialized equipment designed for breath-hold performance, hydrodynamics, and thermal protection. Our freediving hire range includes long-blade carbon or fiberglass fins, low-volume masks optimized for equalization, wetsuit tops and pants in 1.5mm, 3mm, and 5mm open-cell neoprene, weight belts and rubber weights, and lanyards. We stock entry-level to competition-grade fins from Salvimar, Cressi, and Omer. Freediving-specific dive computers with depth alarms are available for hire. Staff with freediving instructor credentials can advise on correct weighting, breathing technique, and surface interval best practices. We recommend combining a freediving equipment hire with our introduction to breathwork and duck-dive coaching session for guests new to the discipline — book at the same time for a discounted rate.

Capture the magic of Sydney's underwater world with our camera and housing hire packages. We offer GoPro Hero series cameras with dive housings, red filter kits, and floating hand grips, as well as mirrorless camera systems in rated housings for more advanced shooters. Strobes, video lights, and tray-and-arm systems are available for rental alongside cameras, enabling professional-quality macro and wide-angle footage. All camera systems are tested for housing integrity before each hire using a pressure test chamber. Staff can provide a brief orientation covering white balance settings, buoyancy tips for stable photography, and recommended subjects at local sites. Post-dive, our in-shop review station allows customers to preview footage and transfer files before heading home — maximizing the value of every shot.
🚤 Guided Dive & Snorkel Excursions
For those who prefer the security and knowledge of a guided underwater experience, we coordinate small-group dive and snorkel excursions to Manly's premier sites including Cabbage Tree Bay, Shelly Beach Marine Reserve, and North Harbour. Groups are capped at six participants per guide to ensure personal attention and minimal environmental impact. All equipment is included in the excursion price. Guides hold current PADI or SSI Divemaster or higher credentials, carry first-aid kits, oxygen units, and surface marker buoys, and are trained in marine creature identification. Excursion options include sunrise reef dives, twilight dives, and specialist marine ecology tours led in collaboration with local marine biologists. Private excursions for couples, families, and corporate groups can be arranged on request with tailored itineraries.
🏫 Dive Training & Certification Support
Whether you're pursuing your first Open Water certification or advancing to Rescue Diver or Dive Master, we provide full equipment support for training programs conducted through affiliated dive schools. Students receive discounted hire rates on all training gear, and we can arrange multi-day hire packages that align with your course schedule. Our staff can connect you with accredited PADI and SSI training providers in Manly and the greater Sydney area. We stock course materials, logbooks, and certification cards in our retail section. For refresher divers returning after a long break, we offer a supervised pool session combined with equipment familiarization — an ideal confidence boost before heading back to open water. All training hire packages include liability waivers, equipment orientation, and a complimentary dive site briefing.
